MINERAL ARTWORK CHRISTMAS DOWNLOAD

To thank you I have made a free Christmas download from one of my recent mineral artworks. It’s high resolution so you’ll be able to print it and it’ll look like the real thing! Download here.

Minerals stand for grounding. For a steady foundation on which you’ll be able to build all your endeavors in the new year. And that’s what I wish for you. A firm base from which you will be able to explore new ways, new creative outings and adventures.

PRINTING THE CHRISTMAS THANK YOU ARTWORK

If you’d like to print the Christmas artwork I have made for you, please note that I’ve made it high resolution. (So called 150DPI if you’re an image pro). The original artwork is 12.5 x 21 cm. So if you are going to print it it will not cover the entire A4 page and that’s okay.

I made it for you to print and hang on your wall. Or to print and gift as a Christmas present to a very special friend. You could choose to print it on professional art paper to get the real thing going for you. I’d even encourage you to make it into a greeting card and send it to someone you love. The only thing I ask you not to do is to print it and then sell it.

SILVER FIR DESIGN

The Silver Fir design is part of the Hortus by Night 2019 Autumn collection. ‘Hortus by Night’ is an annual event at the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam which I visited in January 2019. All trees and plants were illuminated by hundreds of lights in different magical colours.

From painting to pattern

The whole experience was so inspiring that I had enough ideas to paint a total of twelve paintings. These paintings became the patterns with which I have created two different collections:

The Hortus by Night 2019 Autumn collection consist of five different designs:

All five Hortus by Night designs represent a different continent. Just like a botanical garden with plants and trees from all over the world. I wanted to represent all continents in this autumn collection.

The Silver Fir design represents Asia, but you will find firs all over the world. And firs are typical Christmas trees. And although this is definitely an autumn painting and pattern it also reminds me of a Christmas tree full of lights in different colours.

So if you’re into Christmas and love the art of decorating, giving presents or dressing up for your Christmas dinner, then this is definitely your go-to design.

Silver Fir cashmere scarf

The scarf looks lit with purple, lime and coral. It’s sparkling energy at its best!

And if you’re into wearing black for the holidays it’s a total winner to add to your outfit. Just put on some shiny lipstick and you’re good to go!

Order now please note: due to high demand the Silver Fir scarf is currently out of stock. It will be available again in January 2020.

Silver Fir satin cushions

Just think of this one underneath the Christmas tree. Do I need to say more. I didn’t think so 😉

But, if you happen to be a notorious Christmas hater (because of reasons): don’t you worry!

Because like I said: Silver Fir does autumn as well as it does Christmas. The design will just adjust to your liking! And on top of that you will support the Hortus Botanicus in Amsterdam by building their new Three Climate Glasshouse. Learn more
